Welcome to my PE website! I am so excited to teach PE this year at LCS! Our bodies are uniquely created by God and it’s our responsibility to take care of them. This year we will explore ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle by staying active, setting fitness goals, finding activities you enjoy, and learning about nutrition. The verse that has made a huge impact on my life is 1 Corinthians 10:31- “Whether therefore you eat or drink or what so ever you do do all to the glory of God.” We will often refer back to this verse to help guide out our participation in class.
